Return Policy

 

At Modern Grace, we understand that sometimes what you envision doesn’t quite match what you receive. Whether it’s a fit that isn’t right, a color that’s different than expected, or simply a change of heart, we want to extend grace to you. With the exception of jewelry and clearance/sale items, we welcome returns for all unworn and undamaged items.

We aim to make the return process simple and stress-free.

You have 7 days from receiving your item to let us know if something isn’t right. All jewelry sales are final. To begin the return process, please contact us, and we’ll guide you from there. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. You will have 3 business days to return the item once you receive the label. Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

We process all refunds as store credit, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to serve you again.

If an item was purchased with a gift card or store credit. The sale is considered final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like such as jewelry, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your provided store credit.

 

Refunds
Our company does not provide cash, card or paypal refunds. Store credit only.

You must notify our company within 7 days of receiving your order. We will email you a return label and you have 3 days to ship it back in its original UNWORN condition. Once we receive your items back, we will provide you with store credit for the items amount minus shipping. Shipping is non refundable.
